The penthouse in Via Locatelli in Milan is a project carried out between 2022 and 2023.
The living area is defined by Brazilian blue marble flooring and birch plywood furniture that houses the bookcase and kitchen sideboard, characterised by two steel islands.
The circulation spaces are in Vicenza stone to warm the atmosphere, leading to the bedrooms with natural maple parquet flooring. The bathrooms, on the other hand, are the result of precision work to create a dialogue between the stone, wood and nickel of the taps. Finally, satin-finished glass doors filter the view and light without ever interrupting the communication between the spaces.
The sculptural staircase, also in plywood, leads to the 17th floor, where the green concrete floor was custom-made to bring the colours of the terrace’s vegetation indoors.
The furnishings and walls feature both established and emerging masters of design and photography: the owners’ two great passions.
