In the old stables of Villa Mugiasca find place our offices. The renovation maintained all the existing structures. Sala delle Colonne, a multipurpose space for the office, is the first room you come across when you enter the offices and it’s the only room at the ground floor level. As a carpet that fluctuates in the room, the floor is detached from the perimeter folding itself in a shell shape towards the walls, in order to hide a wall wash light capable of illuminating the vaults and highlighting the irregularities of the room. The centrality of the space, articulated by the regular rhythm of the columns, is highlighted by the dark-micro cement finish of the floor. 111 brass inserts are scattered as small fireflies on a dark carpet.

At the first floor all the main working areas are hosted, in a big open-space room under an embroidery of trusses and beams. In addition to the central open-space, the offices’ main floor is composed of a meeting room, a phone room, a kitchen, and the library cooridor, where all the books and magazines are displayed.
