The building rises from the ground as a clump of earth, creating an artificial nature above the existing one and providing a private yet opened life.

The daily and public life of the house has a direct contact with the existing soil and nature, a spontaneous and not controlled oasi-like field. The massive travertine walls create a shelter-like space, protecting from the climate while generating a peculiar dim-light atmosphere as in the traditional moroccan buildings. On the roof, the master bedroom is set within an artificial and controlled nature. Detached from the ground, the owners can experience a private dimension, living the unique beauty of the roof garden and contemplating the three different moroccan landscapes: the oasis, the desert and the Atlas.
